CPF review to address longer lives

If Singaporean can be trusted at age 16 to handle guns with live ammo, why can't we be trusted to handle our own money when we are 60?

    it's nothing to do with trusting us with our money anymore.
    when a debtor behaves this way, there is only 1 reason
